Mr. Carter received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Idaho in 1992. Bill joined Musgrove Engineering in 1998; in 2003 he became a principal in the company. January 2019 Bill became President of the company.

Mr. Lechtenberg began his career in Boise after receiving his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Idaho in 1996. From 2001-2006 Kurt was principal of Synergy Engineering. In 2007 he joined Musgrove Engineering as the Manager of our electrical department. In January 2015 Kurt became a Principal of the company.

In 1993 Mr. Nelson joined Musgrove Engineering; he continued his education and graduated with his degree in Mechanical Engineering from Boise State University in 2005... receiving his P.E. license in 2007 and in 2010 Todd became a Principal with the company. Todd is a certified GeoExchange designer with IGSHPA. In 2019 Todd became Vice President of the company.

Mr. Rice received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 2003 from Idaho State University and became a licensed Professional Engineer in 2008. Jason joined Musgrove Engineering in 2011 and in 2018 become Principal of the company.

Matthew Bradley, P.E.
Mr. Mason graduated from Boise State University and received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering in 2002. Thad began his career with Synergy Engineering from 2002 - 2006. In 2007 Thad joined Musgrove Engineering and received his P.E. license that same year. In January 2019 he became a Principal in the company.

Mr. Bradley received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Boise State University in 2003 and became a licensed engineer in 2008. From 2013 - 2019 Matt was the Principal of Bradley Engineering / Chartered in Idaho Falls ID. In January 2020 Bradley Engineering/ Chartered merged with Musgrove Engineering and Matt became a principal of the company.
